Location: Northern NJ/Hybrid Work Schedule
Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + LTIP (Based Upon Experience)
Summary: This newest Team Member of the Insights & Analytics Group performs business-driven analyses that generates in-depth customer-focused insights and identifies key business opportunities aimed at maximizing commercial potential of the Company’s portfolio, optimizing resource allocation and achieving corporate/franchise objectives.
Essential Functions:
Perform statistical analyses to identify patterns within the data, uncover insights/brand opportunities, and articulate actionable recommendations.
Proactively assess/identify market threats, brand opportunities and performance goal attainment.
Assist with the development and evaluation of targeting strategies.
Contribute to competitive intelligence efforts including monitoring market and environmental issues to alert brand teams when product performance may be or is being impacted.
Promotional tactic impact measurement and standardization, including experiment design, defining key success metrics and ROI analyses.
Prepare and present analysis findings to brand team and senior management as required.
Contribute to marketing mix and promotion response analysis for selected tactics on key brands.
Provide ad-hoc and recurring, standardized secondary data reports and analysis to marketing and senior management as requested.
Assist in the maintenance and development of Tableau reporting platform.
Effectively partner with IT and other stakeholders to ensure data is adequately captured/procured, stored, scrubbed, and available and presented in an easy to use, scalable format for commercial use.
Develop and maintain warehouse of analysis-ready datasets for use by the analytics team.
Demonstrate strong work ethics and required competencies on a consistent basis.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research or Computer Science.
Minimum of 4 years healthcare /pharmaceutical analytics experience.
Knowledge of sources of secondary information and syndicated research for the pharmaceutical and health care industries to include:
Non-retail sales data, physician and plan-level prescription data, patient-level claims data, pricing audits, medical practice audits, and other sources.
Awareness of potential biases from each database and how that may impact analysis.
Technical knowledge of modeling techniques and statistical principles.
Experience refining processes, adding efficiency and creating infrastructure datasets.
Expertise in SAS, R, Python, or similar software.
Familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
Ability to problem-solve and develop solutions for routine day-to-day issues.
Familiarity with data generated via institutional accounts and /or infectious disease “space” is a plus.

Proven process management skills with demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities.
Proven teamwork and collaboration skills across organizational lines and structures.
Familiarity with database management issues and ability to interact effectively with systems managers.
Hybrid work arrangements will allow work from home combined with your presence on-site at its Northern NJ HQ.
